Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
- We will gladly accept unworn and unwashed merchandise (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear, or smell of cigarette smoke, pet hairs, odors, etc), all items must be in the original condition with all product tags attached within 30 days from the shipped date.
- Merchandise will be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 days of receiving return at our warehouse. If a shipping label is provided we will deduct $6.00 from the store credit. Credit will be for the amount paid for the merchandise less the $6.00 return shipping label. Credit will be only for the merchandise and not for shipping charges.
- Once your return is received you will be notified by email.
- When making the return please include the original return slip included with your merchandise and any notes as to why it is being returned.
- Please note that exact colors of merchandise can vary due to lighting and computer resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as damaged or defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We highly recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number. Office Optional Boutique is not responsible for any lost returns.
There will be NO STORE CREDIT for the following:
- Sale/clearance items
- Intimates (bras/bralettes/undies)
- Face Masks
- Earrings and/or necklace sets including earrings
Any of these items that are returned will not be sent back to you or refunded.
- If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care @ helloofficeoptional.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" it will be processed for Store Credit less any return shipping fees associated with the package.
